"The Single Palm Change: Baguazhang's Fundamental Movement" by Mark Jensen -- Student
Excerpt:
Since I have been practicing Baguazhang (Eight Trigram Palm) at Lam Kwoon, I have had other students come up to me and ask "What the heck are you doing?" They see me walking around in a circle, making a few movements, and then walking in the other direction. What is it? Surely it's not Hung Gar or Shaolin. Is it Tai Chi? I guess I have to laugh when I think of it from their viewpoint.
