The Psychological and Physiological Effects of Ba-Gua-Zhang on Menopause Women

ABSTRACT
Recently, The use of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to menopause women has received much attention both in medical and health research, however, the effects of HRT on menopause women remains controversial. The purpose of this study was to empirically examined whether the use of a Chinese regimen, Ba-Gua-Zhang, may bring positive effects on menopause women. This study adopted both qualitative and quantitative approaches to four menopause women who lived in suburban of Taipei with 5 months of Ba-Gua-Zhang interventions
